Senior Battery Development Engineer

We are seeking skilled Battery Development Engineers to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and contributing to battery pack design, either at the component or system level.
• Developing and integrating E/E architectures, including intersystem communications.
• Designing and optimizing BMS hardware and functions.
• Managing thermal management solutions for battery systems.
• Overseeing internal high-voltage cabling, including busbar design and implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve bottle necks, and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation and creating technical reports and presentations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Battery pack design - component
  • Battery pack design - system
  • E/E architecture, including intersystem communications
  • BMS (Battery Management System) - hardware
  • BMS - functions
  • Thermal management
  • Internal high-voltage cabling, including busbar
• Languages: proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable.
• Availability to travel frequently (20% time) to the clients' facilities.
