ROD - ADAS - Expert in Computer Vision (m/f/d)

for our new location Roding

Our new location for ADAS / AD Sensortesting is located in Roding. Based on latest scientific knowhow and with the highest quality standards we want to offer our customers (mainly OEM and Tier 1) sensor testing capabilities in reproduceable environmental conditions (rain, fog, counter light) and various driving scenarios. For building-up and running our Sensortest laboratory at our newly founded AVL location in Roding we are looking for an Expert in Computer Vision /  Perception Technologies:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training of CNN networks for different applications (camera and lidar)
• KPI evaluation of CNN performance 
• Statistical Analysis of big amounts of sensor data
• Project work in the area of AVL’s Dynamic Ground Truth System
• Present your work results to colleagues and customers

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical / mechanical engineering, physics or similar
• Know-How in ADAS / AD sensor technologies mainly camera and lidar
• Technical proficiency in C++, Python and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Know-how in computer vision and data analytics
• Team player with a passionate, independent and pro-active working style
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and German
• Personality is more than anything!
