We are looking for you:


System Process Engineer (m/f/d)





  • Create/Adapt and maintain the Control Systems development process definition and content across the overall organization.
  • Analyse and ensure that the state of the arts standards are implemented and applied systematically.
  • Interface with relevant stakeholders from technical area (e.g. Software, Hardware, Mechanics, etc.) as well as from other relevant departments (e.g. Quality) for assuring consistency and integrity of relevant processes.
  • Performing regular trainings related to the control system development process across the organization and measure its appliance.
  • Contribute systematically with idea/proposals for process improvements.
  • Performing process gap analysis deployment and training to relevant customers when requested.
  • Perform regular presentation towards customers with focus on system development processes and their appliance within the organization.
  • Participate to external/internal standard audits as relevant stakeholder.





  • Bachelor/Master degree in physics, mechanics, computer science, or a related field of study  with 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience in automotive domain and technical background experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with one or more software and/or hardware development processes like Waterfall, Agile, Lean, etc.
  • Know-how of "state of the art" automotive standards and processes will be also considered as an advantage (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and structural skills in order to perform analysis and propose innovations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting-edge technologies and techniques inside the automotive domain.
  • Ability to travel within company’s affiliates / customer sites.
  • Strong communication skills and open-mindedness
  • Professional level in spoken and written for German and English.
