System Project Manager Engineering (m/f/d)

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsibility for successful execution of customer and R&D projects with strong relation to technical innovative solutions (e.g. E-Mobility, ADAS/AD, Industrialization)
  • Planning, estimation, monitoring and achievement of project targets (technical, cost, quality, time and customer satisfaction, incl. change management)
  • First contact of project team and management during execution of projects and interface to the customer
  • Coordination of sub-project managers and alignment with different technical areas (e.g. Electronic Hardware, Application and Basic Software) from concept to series projects
  • Project reporting to customer and AVL internally
  • Maintenance of all relevant data in the AVL project management tools
  • Supporting the international expert project team as provider of new ideas

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in managing electronics/software system projects
  • Good presentation skills of technical issues 
  • Persuasiveness, creativity and a charismatic leadership personality
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • High analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good command of German and English
  • Personality is more than anything!
