Order Manager with focus on (external) Production Partner Management f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of all product output relevant functions and departments Order Management, Operative Purchasing, Production Planning, Product Management, Material Requirements Planning, Development, Quality Assurance, etc.
• Overview of different AVL Stakeholder and external service provider requirements (e.g. Order Status, Purchasing Status, Forecast and Planning Status, Quality Cost Overview)
• Interface Strategic Purchasing for pricing related topics, escalations for supplier delivery issues
• Represent the product line in respect of Order Fulfillment within related Customer Projects
• Meeting KPI targets, analyzing deviations and initiation of improvements actions
• Quick and efficient decision making and management of escalations with the responsible stakeholders
• Drive and coordinate the continuous improvement of process and product structure related activities within the product line
• Fulfill the function Order Manager for defined Customer Projects or Product Line related Projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Graduate of university of applied sciences, university of technology or Secondary technical college
• at least 3 years working experience in project management
• Basic knowledge for the functions e.g. Operative Purchasing, Work Planning, Product Management, Material Requirements Planning, Development, etc.
• Basic technical product knowhow
• Intercultural and advanced communication competence
• Highly committed and motivated team player
• SAP Skills (advantageous)
• German and English fluent (spoken and written)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €58.520,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
