Development Engineer Energy and Performance f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead of integration targets for vehicle energy management and performance (target definition, target cascading, balancing and monitoring/reporting)
• Planning and development of energy management and performance DVP (testing and simulation) derived from offers and project requirements
• Developing virtual development and validation strategies in coordination with your colleagues in Simulation, Testing and Homologation
• Technical leadership of the energy management and performance project teams in the area of vehicle integration
• Analysis and interpretation of simulation results and definition of development steps
• Close technical coordination and collaboration with international experts from other vehicle integration teams
• Definition of targets for further development of methods and R&D topics
• Participate in customer meetings and assist in proposal preparation

YOUR PROFILE:

• MSc in the field of Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in energy management and performance
• Experience with DOORS, Integrity, Teamcenter appreciated
• Understanding of vehicle and powertrain systems and interactions  
• Familiar with relevant simulation tools and typical pre- and post-processors and OEM-specific CAE tools
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to Travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €54.600,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
