Development Engineer Battery BMS - Core Functions f/m/d

In the Electrics and Electronics (DE) department, we are looking for personalities who are looking for a challenge in the field of electrification and are encouraged in their tasks to advance the E/E field together with us. We place great emphasis on developing as a team and having fun at work in addition to the daily tasks. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and optimization of battery core functions (SoC, SoF, SoH, Balancing)
• Commissioning of batteries in Graz and at customer sites worldwide 
• Project management of development and R&D projects
• Interface to other disciplines (e.g. system, hardware, ASW, tools)
• Customer interface for BCF software topics
• Participation in continuous improvement / lessons learned programs
• Provide feedback on project status to system project management / line management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in automotive engineering, computer science, telematics, electrical engineering or similar
• Very good knowledge in control engineering, especially very good understanding of model based development and observer design of nonlinear systems
• Very good knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Targetlink
• Knowledge in the use of analysis tools Canalyzer, Canape/INCA an advantage
• Good overall understanding of ECUs and their interaction
• Knowledge of ASPICE an advantage
• High analytical and conceptual skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
