Development Engineer Software in the field Battery f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of battery models in the environment of real-time system simulation (electrochemical modeling)
• Formulation of transport, intercalation and aging mechanisms for Li- and post-Li cells
• Parameterization of models and derivation of simplified replacement models
• Elaboration of the state of the art
• Cooperation with external research partners
• Formulation of model equations (electrical, chemical, thermal) 
• Modeling of control algorithms as well as model validation and documentation

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical university or university of applied sciences in the field of electrical engineering, chemistry, physics or comparable
• Several years of work experience desired
• Knowledge of electrochemistry, battery technology, reaction engineering, numerical mathematics
• Programming skills in C, C++ (Matlab)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
