Calibration Engineer Operating Strategy f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application of ECU functions for the coordination of powertrain elements
- Planning, execution and evaluation of measurements in road operation, on test tracks as well as on chassis dynamometers
- Optimization and validation under all climatic conditions on test drives (heat, altitude, cold)
- Definition and evaluation of target criteria (KPIs) for the operating strategy and evaluation using statistical evaluation methods ("Big Data") to assess application robustness
- Evaluation and active participation in the decision criteria for the "optimal operation strategy" under the aspects of driving behavior, consumption, emission behavior and NVH
- Reporting of development activities
- Communication with customers and presentation of analyses, results and application proposals
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies (TU/FH) in the direction of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or technical physics.
- Sound knowledge of powertrain concepts of passenger cars and their elements
- Interest in powertrain technology and vehicles
- Basic knowledge of electronics, computer science and control engineering
- Analytical thinking and understanding of complex interrelationships
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working
- Experience with application tools (e.g. INCA, CANape, Concerto, FASER, DiagRa) desirable
- Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel
- English fluent
- Location language fluent (German) or willingness to learn the language
- Car driver's license

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
