To extend our Quality Management team, we are looking for a new colleague in the position below:

Quality Management Specialist/ FMEA Moderator

Bupapest/ Érd

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the application of the AVLs PTE Controls Engineering Processes at the projects
• Consideration of Automotive SPICE (VDA Scope), ISO9001 standard requirements
• Knowledge of the SYS/SW parts of Automotive SPICE and possible specialisation on Hardware/Mechanical SPICE   
• Actively support and improve internal R&D and customer projects regarding quality measures
• Identification and realization of process/quality improvement potentials with respect to the Continuous Improvement Process
• Interface and close collaboration to several stakeholders from project or PMT organization to ensure the integrity of the applied process
• Preparation, moderation and execution of Design FMEAs with APIS IQ-FMEA
• Support regarding the definition and monitoring of risk mitigation measures

Your Profile:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Physics or in any other comparative fields
• Experience in automotive domain is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with one or more hardware and/or software development processes (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Lean, etc)
• Know-how of “state of the art” automotive standards and processes is as an advantage (eg. ASPICE, HW- SPICE, MECH-SPICE, ISO26262, VDA, etc)
• Know-how regarding FMEA Tool  (APIS IQ-FMEA)
• Strong analytical and structural skills in order to perform analysis and propose innovations.
• Desire to continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills abilities.
• Strong communication skills and open-mindedness.
• Professional level in spoken and written English.
• German capabilities could be considered as huge advantage.
• Ability to travel within company’s affiliates / customer sites.
