Project Manager

ITS Operations Project Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Active support to the Sales Engineer for an effective hand-over from Sales
• Responsible for effective communication with the customer during project execution
• Controls and monitors project execution via the appropriate tools (MS project etc.)
• Negotiate penalties and claim to customer if need.
• Report project progress/status to the project owner and stakeholders)
• Define the project scope and estimate project budget, manage project within budget and timeline.
• Responsibility for planning, risk management planning, budget and schedule management to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Define and monitor project risks and improve planning to mitigate operational risks.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Effective and collaborative fluent English communication skill
• Proficient Excel and PPT
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ experience with the project management
• Working experience with automotive industry or electric devices
