Vehicle and Engine Development Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calibration and Validation of engine control units in development and serial production projects
• Standard and customer related optimization of engine control parameters
• Pre-processing, executing, fine tuning and post-processing of tests on test beds and in vehicles
• Climate tests in different parts of the world
• Presentation of results to customers
• Customer support in engine certification and pre-processing of series production

REQUIREMENTS:

• Finished BSc or MSc study: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering or mechatronics engineering
• Advantage: studies with focus on automotive technology, combustion and electronics
• Knowledge of the internal combustion engines, hybrid development
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Computer skills (MS Office and base of application software)
• Good English knowledge (advantage: German language knowledge) 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working independently as well as a part of large and small teams
